Goods and prices
Prices on the English version of the shop are shown in euros and are free of VAT — sales outside Serbia are exempt from Serbian VAT as exports.
Shipping is not included in the product price and is shown separately before you complete the order. Any import duty, VAT or customs handling charged in the country of delivery is separate and is paid by the buyer.
We reserve the right to change prices. For orders already received, the price displayed at the time of ordering applies.
Product photographs are for illustration. We take care that all information is accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every specification is free of error. If an item you receive differs from its description, please contact us.
Placing an order
The contract of sale is concluded when you receive our order confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline an order if the goods are unavailable, if the delivery details are incomplete, or if there has been an obvious error in the price.
Payment
Orders from outside Serbia are paid by bank transfer. After the order we send a proforma invoice with our IBAN and SWIFT details. The goods are dispatched once the payment reaches our account.
Cash on delivery is available for domestic orders within Serbia only.
Delivery
We ship across Europe through Post of Serbia — the Post-export service — with regular export customs clearance, or with another carrier where that suits the shipment better. Times and costs are set out on the Delivery and payment page.
Invoice
An invoice is supplied with every shipment. It may also be sent electronically, to the e-mail address given when ordering.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Details and the withdrawal form are on the Right of withdrawal page.
Conformity and complaints
We are liable for conformity of the goods for 2 years from the date of purchase. The complaints procedure is described on the Complaints page.
Data protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy.
Resolving disputes
We aim to settle any misunderstanding by agreement. Where that is not possible, the courts of Kruševac, Serbia have jurisdiction, and Serbian law applies.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply to you, and this clause does not take those rights away.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. The version published at the time of ordering applies to that order.
