14 days to change your mind
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day on which you, or a third party you nominated, received the goods.
If the order was delivered in several shipments, the period runs from the day the last shipment was received.
How to withdraw
To exercise the right, send us a clear statement of withdrawal before the period expires — the form below, or any other unambiguous statement.

We will confirm receipt of your statement without delay.
Returning the goods
You must return the goods without delay, and at the latest within 14 days of sending the statement of withdrawal.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. For shipments from outside Serbia, please note that the return also has to clear customs — write to us before sending anything back and we will tell you how to label the parcel, so it is not held up or refused.
Return the goods in the condition in which you received them, ideally in the original packaging and with all accompanying documents.
Refund
We refund you without delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal.
We refund the full amount you paid, including the delivery cost you paid at purchase (up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer).
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them — whichever comes first.
Refunds are made to the bank account the payment came from.
Diminished value of the goods
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
When the right does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not extend to legal entities and sole traders purchasing in the course of their business — it belongs to consumers only, that is, natural persons buying for personal use.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply to you as well. Where those give you a longer period or better terms than the ones above, those terms prevail.
