Battery charger LT12-1500 — 12 V / 1500 mA
Automatic charger for the scale battery — 12 V / 1500 mA. It charges quickly and switches to maintenance on its own once full, so it cannot overcharge or damage the battery. Three times faster than the LT12-500.
Charging happens in three stages, automatically. The charger fills the battery, tapers off as it approaches full, and then switches to a maintenance charge that holds it topped up without overcharging. You can leave it connected — it will not damage the battery.
Which charger to pick
A lower charging current is gentler and extends battery life, but takes longer. A higher current gets you back in the field sooner. If the scale spends winter in storage, the 500 mA charger is the better companion; if you swap batteries during the season, the 1500 mA one saves waiting.
