Description
GPS module for the scale
GPS module for locating the scale — supplied with an active antenna. With it fitted, the scale knows where it is. At remote apiaries that is often the only way to find out in time that a hive has been moved.
Why it matters
A hive that leaves the apiary usually leaves quietly. The scale reports its position along with the weight, so a move shows up immediately rather than on your next visit. Combined with a sudden drop in weight, it is a clear picture of what happened and where.
What is included
The module and an active GPS antenna. It connects to the SMS Scale.
