Delivery outside Serbia

We ship to the whole of Europe through Post of Serbia — the Post-export service — with regular export customs clearance. Where a shipment does not suit that service, we send it with another carrier. Either way the export is fully declared and documented.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically as soon as you choose your delivery country, and is shown before you confirm the order. For customers outside Serbia the price of the goods is free of VAT — exports are exempt.

Limits on a single shipment

Customs rules mean a single shipment abroad may not exceed €999 in value (goods together with postage) or 30 kg. If your order goes over either limit, no delivery option will appear at checkout — in that case please split it into two orders, or write to us and we will arrange it.

Import duty and taxes in your country

The prices on this site cover the goods and the shipping. Any import duty, VAT or customs handling charged in your own country is separate and is paid by you, according to the rules where you live. We cannot calculate those in advance — your local customs office can.

Payment

Orders from outside Serbia are paid by bank transfer. After you place the order we send you a proforma invoice with our IBAN and SWIFT details. We dispatch the goods as soon as the payment reaches our account.

The IPS payment slip and QR code you may see mentioned elsewhere are for domestic payments inside Serbia only, and are not sent to customers abroad.

Receiving the shipment

Before you sign for the parcel, check whether the packaging is visibly damaged. If it is, open it in front of the courier — and if the goods are damaged, refuse the delivery and let us know straight away.

A claim raised later is harder to settle once the parcel has been accepted without comment.

Delivery times

  • Zone I — usually 4–8 working days from the payment reaching us
  • Zone II — usually 6–12 working days
  • Customs clearance in the destination country may add a few days
  • For items not in stock we tell you the expected date before confirming the order
