Protection of confidential transaction data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When you enter your payment card details, the confidential information is transmitted over the public network in protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by Halkbank a.d. Beograd as the processor, so the entire payment process takes place on the pages of the bank’s vendor Payten. At no time is your card data available to our system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3D Secure verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For cards that support 3D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, DinaCard Secure), the bank that issued the card additionally verifies that the card is being used by its holder — with a one-time code, a confirmation in the bank’s mobile app or another method chosen by the bank. The transaction is executed only after successful verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When your card is charged<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When you place an order, the amount is only reserved<\/strong> on your card account. Your card is charged when we hand the goods over to the courier<\/strong>. If you cancel the order before shipping, the reservation is released and your card is not charged. Delivery times and costs are listed on the Delivery and payment<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currency conversion statement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All payments are made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – the dinar (RSD). Prices in euros are for information only. At payment, the total is converted into dinars at the euro exchange rate used by our shop; the exact amount in dinars is shown on the bank’s page before you confirm the payment and on the payment confirmation. The amount charged to your card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by the card organisations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price shown on our website. Thank you for your understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If goods are returned and funds are refunded to a customer who paid by payment card, in part or in full and regardless of the reason for the return, OPTICAL d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund exclusively via the VISA, EC\/MC, Maestro and DinaCard payment methods, i.e. exclusively to the account of the card used for payment. At our request, the bank returns the funds to the cardholder’s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We initiate the refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement or accept your complaint. When the funds become visible on your account depends on the bank that issued your card. The procedure is described on the Right of withdrawal<\/a> and Complaints<\/a> pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
